Look-Ahead Planning Agent
The Look-Ahead Planning Agent produces rolling three to six week look-ahead programmes from the master programme and the latest site progress. For each task it lists the constraints that must be cleared first, such as information, materials, access, approvals and subcontractor readiness, and assigns them to owners. Each week it measures how much of the committed plan was completed, so you can see plan reliability improve and understand why work slips.
