The Photo-to-Progress Agent reads structured site captures, such as 360° walks, fixed-point photos and drone surveys, and maps what it sees to programme activities and BoQ items by location. It estimates progress for each activity, compares it with progress claimed in payment applications and reports, and keeps a dated visual record of every activity for future claims.
